Star Metal was engaged to deliver the architectural metalwork package for the sixth stage of an ongoing residential development at Bull Creek.

The six-storey building comprises 63 apartments over a basement car park of 75 bays, with dedicated bicycle and gopher parking and a communal recreation facility. Star Metal's scope centred on perforated screening, providing privacy and shading to the apartment facades through a custom artwork pattern, and concealing the car park behind a consistent, durable finish. The result is a unified metal treatment across the building envelope that lifts the street presence of the development while meeting the practical demands of a multi-residential site.
