Star Metal was engaged to deliver a full suite of architectural metalwork solutions for the One Iluka Apartments development. The scope balanced security, privacy, and visual cohesion to enhance the residential environment while meeting architectural intent.
Scope of works included:
• Palisade-style apartment screening and fencing
• Stainless steel lift surrounds
• Security personnel gate
• Steel balustrades with vertical infill
• Utility screening louvres
• Automated sliding driveway gate
• Decorative exterior balcony screens
