Located in the heart of Perth’s central business district, the Allendale Square refurbishment called for high-quality architectural finishes that aligned with the building’s premium commercial status.
Our works included the installation of stainless steel and glass balustrades and handrails, enhancing both safety and aesthetic appeal. A louvred plant room and exhaust louvres were fabricated to support functional ventilation requirements, while custom perforated ceiling panels added a refined and modern finish to interior spaces.
