Located on William Street in Mount Lawley, Fringe Apartments is a $13.5 million development comprising 48 one and two-bedroom residences. Designed by MJA Studio, the project brings bold architectural flair to the urban landscape.
Our contribution included the design, fabrication and installation of a vibrant coloured aluminium panel façade, delivering a striking visual identity while meeting durability and performance requirements. The façade plays a key role in defining the building’s contemporary aesthetic and enhancing its street appeal.
