QV1 Building

As part of the upgrade to the iconic QV1 Building in Perth’s CBD, this project focused on delivering modern amenities and architectural enhancements to support functionality and design continuity.
Our scope included the installation of end-of-journey bike racks to encourage commuting, as well as architectural screening using a combination of timber and patinaed steel for a warm, textured finish. Additional works included custom bathroom mirrors and the fabrication of exterior vertical flat-bar fencing, contributing to the building’s refined and secure streetscape.
